The interaction between light and shadow is the central focus of all our lamps, which first and foremost exhibit a timeless design and blend harmoniously into a modern or a traditional environment.
However, despite all the optical and forming points, our main emphasis is the light – the light that generates warmth, harmony, and above all shadow. A light that lends every room its own unique atmosphere is the central element in all our lives.
The lamp is the medium of light; it captures, colours and directs the light, with the latter secretively spreading itself out within the room. Rounded off by the use of the most precious metals, love of detail and Otto Zern’s almost 100 years of experience in manufacturing our lamps according to ancient handcrafting traditions. A tradition, which allows us to plan every individual model for you, reconciled with your personal wishes and your environment, and to produce this unique design especially for you.
